Usage tips
As an infusion (beverage):
Boil a handful of dried hibiscus flowers in 1L of water for 10 to 15 minutes.
Sweeten to taste (honey, agave syrup…) – can be flavored with mint, lemon, ginger…
Can be drunk hot or iced
Consume 1 to 2 times per day
In skincare:
