Usage tips

Muscle and joint pain :
Apply a small amount of cream to the affected area, then massage gently until absorbed. Repeat 2 to 3 times a day if necessary.

Headaches :
Apply a small amount to the temples or nape of the neck , then massage gently (avoid the eyes).
